The board decides what gets built and what gets cut. Meetings are public and anyone can comment. A room full of actual riders changes votes.
Join Streets For All
Probably the most effective transit and street safety group in LA. They track every vote and tell you exactly when to speak up.
Join ACT-LA
A coalition of 40+ groups pushing for transit justice: better service, safer stations, and housing near the trains we already have.
Join People's Vision Zero
Volunteers who paint the crosswalks the city won't, at intersections where people have been hurt. Closest cousins to this project: DIY, on the street, and hard to ignore.
Tell your councilmember
Bus lanes and safe crossings get killed in council offices. Find yours and tell them you want streets that don't kill people.
Ride, and bring a friend
Ridership is the number every service decision leans on. Every tap is a vote for more service.
